Why We Built This Site
Missouri provides broad public access to many court records, but St. Charles County records do not all live in one office. The Circuit Clerk handles Circuit Court case files, docket access, certified copies, judgments, liens, and copy requests. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage and land records. The County Registrar is the custodian for county-government Sunshine Law requests. The Sheriff and Department of Corrections handle court security, prisoner transport, jail operations, and custody-related channels.
The goal is to place those official paths in one county-focused reference. St. Charles County is the 11th Judicial Circuit, with civil, criminal, family, probate, juvenile, treatment, associate circuit, small claims, and municipal divisions. A person looking for a divorce decree, traffic ticket, probate filing, inmate custody status, or criminal case may need a different source for each one.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Missouri court, St. Charles County office, sheriff's office, police department, Recorder, Registrar, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or court process listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
